“The night Max wore his wolf suit…” was one of the most eventful nights ever. I love naughty Max and his Wild Things. The fact that the entire journey takes place in his bedroom while he’s being punished is kid lit perfection. Here’s a guilty secret: I own a set of the Wild Things stuffed animals. Plus, I have a larger version of Bernard, my favorite creature, who has a bovine head, human feet, and luxuriant blue fur. I might even have a T-shirt, too.Okay, I’ll admit it: I’m unnaturally obsessed with this book.
