Shadow of Redeye-Bigfoot! (@ShelbyMain Adult Stacks)

Join producer, Mike Familant as he shares his experiences researching and tracking down the truth behind North America's most iconic cryptid, Bigfoot. Whatever name you choose to call this large, bipedal hominid, Mike and his team has probably tried to track it down. He is a full-time lead investigator and producer of the show "In the Shadow of Big Red Eye." He will exhibit some extraordinary evidence backed by facts, along with some unfortunate experiences which come from Bigfooting. A Q&A session will be held afte the presentation and Mike will be available for photos and autographs. To celebrate National Pet Month, the Barnyard Party Pals will be set up outside the library from 1 to 4 pm.  Enjoy petting the animals, learning about them from Luke, and listening to a special outdoor story time with Dustin at 2 pm.  This is a free event for all ages.

Get together on the first Thursday of the month to unplug and play a game from our ever-growing collection. It's a great way to have fun and meet new friends!

Today we play Coup! You are head of a family in an Italian city-state, a city run by a weak and corrupt court. You need to manipulate, bluff and bribe your way to power. Your object is to destroy the influence of all the other families, forcing them into exile. Only one family will survive…

The Writers’ Group will meet on Monday, April 29, at 7pm. All that you need to join is paper and pen (or laptop, if you prefer)! If you have an excerpt of what you are working on that you'd like to share, feel free to bring it. Carolyn Statler of Three Sisters Books leads this group. Meets on the last Monday of every month. Join a supportive community dedicated to the craft of writing.
