The orphan trains moved over 200,000 homeless children from Five Points, NYC to the farms of Midwest farmers who fostered or adopted them. Shelby County Reads is happy to sponsor storyteller and author Cleo Lampos to visit the Shelby County Public Library to talk about this part of American History. The presentation will be held on Wed., October 16 at 7pm in the Indiana Room (located inside the library's annex).
