Shelby County Reads is honored to bring her to Shelby County for this book signing and to speak to high school students on the topic, “What does it mean to be family?” Her book, Far from the Tree, was the 2019 high school selection for Shelby County Reads (…Adults, you will love it too!). Books will be available for purchase or feel free to bring your own copy to get it signed. A buffet style dinner will be served by Queen’s Cafe and Dining.
Far from the Tree: Robin Benway’s beautiful book interweaves the story of three very different teenagers connected by blood and explores the meaning of family in all its forms—how to find it, how to keep it, and how to love it.
