Fireside Chat: Ray Bradbury

  • Shelby County Public Library - Carnegie East Wing 33 West Broadway Street Shelbyville, IN, 46176 United States (map)

Free Event/No Reservations Necessary

The Genealogy and History Department invites you to join us for an evening fireside chat! This month, Jason Aukerman will talk about Ray Bradbury and the Ray Bradbury Library.

Ray Bradbury is one of those rare individuals whose writing has changed the way people think. His more than five hundred published works — short stories, novels, plays, screenplays, television scripts, and verse — exemplify the American imagination at its most creative. Once read, his words are never forgotten.

Jason Aukerman is earning his PhD at IUPUI, is a huge Ray Bradbury fan, and works in programming and development at the Center for Ray Bradbury Studies.
