Pull out your Halloween costumes and get ready for festivities at the library! The festival is on Saturday, October 27 from 10am-12:30pm (open house) at the library. Event is free and open to the public.
Activities are catered for children ages 8 and under, but all ages are welcome. Make a stop at all of these stations...

Also, make sure that you find Balloongenuity at the festival. They will be doing BALLOON ART during the festival! Choose from a balloon animal, sword, wings, character, and much more. It’s FREE!
