UPCOMING PROGRAMS: 

  • Storytimes! Weekly storytimes are offered for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

  • Book Clubs! The library offers three youth book clubs. Check them out here.
     
  • Paws for Reading! Therapy dogs, Ava, Oakley, and Penny, are looking for children to read to them on Thurs., Oct. 26! Will you sign up and read to them for 15 minutes? Register in the youth department or call to reserve a spot the next time that they visit us - 317-398-7121 ext. 230. 

  • Sign Language Workshop! Come to the library and learn basic sign language from library employee, Angela Woollen, on Tues. Oct. 24 at 11am. “Angie” has worked at the library for over sixteen years! Even though the class is geared for kids, any age is welcome to attend to learn simple words and letters. The workshop will be held in the library’s youth department storytime room.

  • Coloring Workshop! Come to the library and color with Angie on Tues., Oct. 31 at 11am in the storytime room!

Track your reading with your child and receive great educational tips, prizes, programs, and a special graduation party for you and your child! Sign up at the library in the youth department anytime. 

    Bring the completed logs to the youth department to receive prizes.
